1.     Liability Disclaimer: By purchasing products or using services provided by RB Hair Co., Kaloni Taylor, its officers, employees, agents, affiliates, licensees, and web hosting services will not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or adverse outcomes related to the use, application, or installation of any hair extensions or related products sold through the website. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to the hair or scalp, allergic reactions, or improper installation or application performed by you or any third party, such as a hairdresser or stylist. All products are sold “as is,” without warranty, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

2.     Indemnification Clause: You agree to indemnify, defendant, and hold harmless RB Hair Co., Kaloni Taylor, its officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and any third parties involved in the operation of the website from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to: your purchase, use, or misuse of RB Hair Co. products. Any third-party installation or application of the products, including negligence, errors, or omissions by a hairdresser or stylists. Any breach of the Terms contained in this Agreement. Your sole remedy for any breach or default of this Agreement by RB Hair Co. or its website owner shall be limited to a return of the purchase price paid for the specific product in question and only for valid return reasons. These limitations of liability and indemnification provisions shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement and your use of the website or purchase of RB Hair Co.’s products.

3.     Responsibility for Use of Website. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for your actions and decisions when using the RB Hair Co. website to browse or purchase hair extensions and related products. RB Hair Co. does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or reliability of user reviews, comments, or content shared by other users. You further agree to take reasonable precautions to ensure your personal information, such as payment details and shipping addresses, is secure and accurate. RB Hair Co. is not liable for user errors or unauthorized access resulting from negligence on your part.

4.     Do Not Rely on “rbhairco.com” Opinions, advice, statements or other comments should not necessarily be relied upon and are not to be construed as professional advice from RB Hair Co or Website Owner. RB Hair Co and Website Owner do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any of the information provided, and are not responsible for any loss resulting from your reliance on such information.

5.     Right to Monitor. RB Hair Co and Website Owner reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor materials posted in any public area and shall have the right to remove any information deemed offensive by our staff. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you remain solely responsible for your use of any information contained on the site.

By posting information to RB Hair Co and Website Owner you represent that you have the right to grant permission for use by RB Hair Co and Website Owner.

RB Hair Co and Website Owner provide the RB Hair Co services on an "as is" basis and do not make any warranty, express, implied, limited, or other with respect to the services provided. Specifically, RB Hair Co and the Website Owner do not warrant that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, meet your requirements, or that any defects in the services will be corrected.

9.     Jurisdiction. This Agreement or any dispute arising from this Agreement is governed by the laws of Utah, without regard to provisions of conflicts of law. Any lawsuit arising from or related to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively before the District Court for the State of Utah, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of any such court.

10.  Severability. If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will be in full force and effect.

11.  Certification. By purchasing and using hair extensions or related products from RB Hair Co., you certify the following: (1) You are at least 18 years old and fully capable of entering into a binding agreement. (2) All information you provide during account registration or purchases on RB Hair Co.’s website is accurate and truthful. (3) Once the hair extension or related products are purchased and delivered, all responsibility for their use, installation, and care is solely yours or that of the hairdresser, stylist, or professional you chose to engage. (4) You acknowledge that RB Hair Co. does not warrant or guarantee the results, safety, or quality of any installation or application process, regardless of who performs it. By registering on or using RB Hair Co.’s website, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that failure to comply with them does not impose liability on RB Hair Co. or its owner, Kaloni Taylor.

12.  Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes your entire Agreement with RB Hair Co and Website Owner with respect to any services.

13.  Waiver. The failure of Website or Website Owner to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.  Any waiver of this Agreement by Website or Website Owner must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the Website Owner.
