TERMS & CONDITIONS
By placing an order with RB Hair Co., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, all sales are final.
An exchange may be considered only if:

The hair remains unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
RB Hair Co. is contacted within 15 days of delivery.
The product has not been altered, installed, colored, washed, brushed, or removed from its original packaging.

For sanitation reasons, opened hair cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Please verify the color, length, texture, and quantity listed on the outside of the package before opening it. If you believe you received the wrong item, contact RB Hair Co. immediately. Opening the package constitutes acceptance of the product received.

If an exchange is approved, it will be issued as store credit only. Cash refunds are not provided.

RB Hair Co. reserves the right to deny any exchange request that does not meet these requirements.

SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS
All promotional, discounted, clearance, closeout, or final sale items are sold AS IS and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.

SHOP PAY & THIRD-PARTY FINANCING
If you choose Shop Pay Installments or another third-party financing provider, your financing agreement remains between you and that provider.

Approval of an exchange or store credit does not cancel or alter your financing agreement. You remain responsible for all payments required by your financing provider.

STYLIST ACCOUNTS
Professional accounts are intended solely for the licensed stylist who registered the account.

Account sharing is prohibited.

RB Hair Co. reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

Share login information
Misrepresent licensing information
Purchase under another stylist’s identity
Violate wholesale purchasing policies

Shipping and billing information must accurately reflect the registered account holder. If they do not, RB Hair Co. reserves the right to cancel the order.

RESALE POLICY
RB Hair Co. products are intended to be sold by licensed professionals as part of a professional salon service.

Unauthorized resale through marketplaces, social media storefronts, or third-party websites without written permission from RB Hair Co. is prohibited.

Violation of this policy may result in cancellation of pending orders and permanent closure of your professional account.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR HAIR EXTENSIONS
Hair extensions are a professional product that require proper installation, maintenance, and home care.

By purchasing from RB Hair Co., you acknowledge that:

You understand how to properly install professional hair extensions or are having them installed by a licensed professional.
Proper maintenance is required to maximize the lifespan of your extensions.
Improper installation, incorrect products, excessive heat, chemical services, swimming, hard water, or poor home care may shorten the life of the hair.

RB Hair Co. is not responsible for damage resulting from:

Improper installation
Improper removal
Incorrect home care
Chemical processing
Excessive heat
Product buildup
Environmental damage
Normal wear and tear

PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION
Professional stylists are responsible for educating their clients on proper extension maintenance.

RB Hair Co. provides recommended care guidelines; however, it is ultimately the stylist’s responsibility to ensure clients understand how to properly maintain their extensions.

Failure to follow recommended care instructions may void eligibility for any quality review.

CUTTING WEFTS
Cutting a weft may increase the likelihood of shedding if not properly sealed.

Any weft that has been cut, modified, sewn through improperly, chemically altered, or otherwise changed from its original condition is no longer eligible for review or exchange.

PRODUCTS TO AVOID
To maximize the lifespan of your extensions, avoid products containing or heavily formulated with:

Quaternium-80
Quaternium-95
Quaternium-16
Non-water-soluble silicones
Protein treatments/products
Bond-building products
Sunscreens containing Avobenzone
Coconut oil
Heavy waxes
Mineral oil
Products that create significant buildup

Certain ingredients may contribute to:

Dryness
Tangling
Discoloration
Brittleness
Excessive buildup
Premature wear

Always follow RB Hair Co.’s recommended home care guidelines.

COLOR & CHEMICAL SERVICES
Hair extensions should always be professionally evaluated before any coloring, toning, bleaching, perming, or chemical treatment.

RB Hair Co. is not responsible for damage resulting from any chemical service performed after purchase.

ORDERS & SHIPPING
Orders are processed during normal business days, Monday through Friday.

Orders placed after daily processing has concluded will ship on the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the following business day.

Once an order has been submitted, RB Hair Co. cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

Shipping time estimates provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION
Certain shipments may require an adult signature upon delivery.

Signature confirmation helps protect both RB Hair Co. and our customers from lost or stolen packages.

Failure to make arrangements for delivery does not make RB Hair Co. responsible for missed deliveries.

SHIPPING LIABILITY
All orders are shipped FOB Origin.

Ownership transfers to the purchaser once the shipment has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

RB Hair Co. is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, weather events, carrier errors, or delivery interruptions after the package has left our facility.

Customers are responsible for working directly with the shipping carrier regarding lost, delayed, or damaged shipments.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your tracking indicates your shipment has been delayed, lost, or damaged:

Contact the shipping carrier immediately.
File any required claims directly with the carrier.
Notify RB Hair Co. so we may assist when possible. RB Hair Co. is not obligated to replace hair lost in transit.

While we are happy to help guide the process, final shipping investigations and claim decisions are handled by the carrier.

OPENING YOUR PACKAGE
Please use caution when opening your shipment.

Avoid using knives or scissors directly against the packaging, as accidental cuts to the hair are not covered under any warranty or quality review.

Inspect your order before removing hair from its original packaging.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
RB Hair Co.’s liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

Under no circumstances shall RB Hair Co. be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost business income, lost appointments, labor costs, installation fees, removal fees, travel expenses, or other related costs.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We reserve the right to discontinue products, modify colors, adjust pricing, or update product specifications at any time without prior notice.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All RB Hair Co. logos, branding, photographs, product descriptions, educational materials, graphics, videos, and website content are the exclusive property of RB Hair Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By checking the required acknowledgment box at checkout and completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
RB Hair Co. does not guarantee a specific lifespan for any hair extension product. The longevity of extensions varies based on installation technique, maintenance, frequency of wear, product usage, environmental exposure, water quality, heat styling, and other factors outside of our control. While many clients enjoy months of wear with proper care, individual results will vary. Improper care, chemical processing, misuse, or failure to follow RB Hair Co.’s care recommendations will void any quality review or warranty consideration.
