Once your order leaves our warehouse and is scanned by USPS or UPS, it is no longer the responsibility of RB Hair Co. Any issues that occur during transit — including delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery errors — must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.
We are unable to replace or refund orders affected by carrier errors. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If you experience any delivery issues, we recommend contacting USPS or UPS with your tracking number for the fastest resolution
