**Ash-based rooted tones are used to prevent unwanted orange tone or brassiness that is common with other brands. As with all real human hair, fading over time is normal and may reveal a slight cool/green undertone, which can be easily refreshed with a toner.
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Shipping rates and delivery options are calculated at checkout.
Exchanges are welcome within 15 days of delivery on hair that is unopened, unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging. We are unable to offer refunds or returns.
